Our New Ballpark

Palm Beach has another professional baseball stadium and two more teams doing their spring workouts right in our backyard. That makes four, total: The St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, and now the Houston Astros and the Washington Nationals in their inaugural spring training season in the brand-spanking-new Ballpark of the Palm Beaches.

The new 160-acre park is about a 15-minute drive north and west, nestled just north of 45th Street between Military and Haverhill. Like all new sports facilities, the amenities are just as crucial as the athletes. The park offers:

  • Six premium suites with air conditioning, flat-panel TVs, refrigerators, devoted hostesses and private restrooms.
  • Two party decks, each of which can accommodate more than 100 people. There’s a full-service bar, a food & drink rail overlooking the field and an array of patio furniture.
  • The Left Field Bar, which offers craft beers, frozen drinks and other game-day thirst-quenchers.
  • Multi-purpose fields that can accommodate not only baseball but softball, football, lacrosse, soccer and rugby. Because the two pro teams will use the facility only during spring training, it will become available for tournaments, camps and college teams.

Spring training runs through March 29, and single-game tickets are available by calling 877-935-5668 or by visiting the website.
